- Who are you and why are you doing this?
- The NEPRS was founded in 2005 by a group of paranormal
enthusiasts and mediums who wanted to pursue their unique interests in
a tangible way. Our members come from both spiritual and
empirical backgrounds, both with the common hope and belief that there
is something wonderful and miraculous beyond physical existence as
humankind currently understands it.
- Is the NEPRS affiliated with any other organization or
religion?
- No, the NEPRS is a completely independent, not for profit
society of people interested in exploring the paranormal.
- What is NEPRS position on the phenomenon of orbs? You
post many pictures of them on your web pages. Aren't all orbs
just dust and pollen?

- In brief, because we are not scientists conducting
experimental research for review, we cannot make a conclusive decision
as to the actual source of each and every orb artifact, nor can we
dismiss them. To hold either view exclusive of the other would
not be empirical or scientific and nurtures a myopic paradigm that
sacrifices the possibilities to simple narrowmindedness.
- I think my house is haunted. Do you charge for
investigations?
- No, the NEPRS does not charge for investigations but we
do retain the right to use any and all data collected during the
investigation. Donations to help with transportation costs to the
investigation site (and hot coffee) are always welcome but are not
required or expected.
- If I send you my photographs can you tell me if I have a
picture of a ghost?
- We love receiving pictures from our visitors and
members. Though we cannot certify you have a picture of
something paranormal, if we like your picture we may post it in
our visitors gallery.
- Are you people crazy?
- If we said no would you believe us?
