   It is understood and acknowledged by all parties that the NEPRS has the right - at it's sole discretion - to post photographs submitted to the NEPRS.org or NEPRS.com website in its visitor's gallery or anywhere on it's website except where the peson(s) submitting the photograph(s) specifically requests that it not be posted.  It is also understood and acknowledged by all parties that  unless otherwise stated by the person(s) submitting the photograph(s) that they are the original owners of the photograph(s) and bear full legal responsibility when granting or not granting permission for a photograph to be published.

  It is understood and acknowledged by all parties that the NEPRS is not accountable or responsible for the outcome of an investigation or any side effects, regardless if they are normal or paranormal, which may occur as a result of an investigation.  In this regard, the NEPRS is completely and utterly released from any responsibility.
